Complaints handling procedure

How to make a complaint

Our Complaints Handling Procedure explains how we will handle a complaint and the likely timescale. This leaflet describes our complaints procedure and how to make a complaint. It also tells you about how we will handle your complaint and what you can expect from us.

Our complaints information is also published after each Council meeting and in our Annual Report.
