Stealthing

This is not a term used in Scottish legislation, but is commonly understood as deliberately removing or not using a protective condom during sexual intercourse, without a partner’s consent. This act has been successfully prosecuted in Scotland as rape under section 1 of the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009.
