Council publishes latest newsletter

The Scottish Sentencing Council has released the latest edition of its Spotlight on Sentencing Circular newsletter.

The Spotlight on Sentencing Circular features the latest news and information on sentencing across Scotland, as well as details on the work of the Council. It also provides updates on sentencing guidelines currently in development.

Key highlights featured in this edition include:
