New resources for Modern Studies teachers published

The Scottish Sentencing Council has published a report on its public consultation on the Principles and Purposes of Sentencing guideline, ahead of submitting the guideline to the High Court of Justiciary for approval.

Scottish Sentencing Council hosts conference on sentencing of sexual offences
