A report on the ‘Sentencing of Parents’ discussion hosted by the Council is now available as part of our ongoing programme to increase awareness and understanding of all aspects of sentencing.

After the success of working with our first intern, we are now seeking two further PhD students for three month internships to look at the topics of death by driving, and environmental & wildlife crime. 

A new interactive 'case study' has been added to our website resource on sentencing, enabling people to learn more about how judges decide criminal court sentences in Scotland.
