Causing death by driving offences - Literature review
Dr Rachel McPherson and Professor Cyrus Tata, from the Centre for Law, Crime & Justice at Strathclyde University, were commissioned by the Scottish Sentencing Council to carry out a literature review examining current sentencing practice and knowledge around causing death by driving offences.

The Scottish Sentencing Council has published a report on its public consultation on the Principles and Purposes of Sentencing guideline, ahead of submitting the guideline to the High Court of Justiciary for approval.
